Director
A fully qualified quantity surveyor with previous experience on a mixture of residential and commercial schemes, having invariably overseen the construction process from feasibility to completion.

Errol Bland
Director
With over 35 years’ experience in the real estate and construction industry. Errol successfully established numerous businesses, from employing over 250 electricians, high end boutique residential development in the home counties, the hospitality and night life sector and most recently establishing an Opco Propco in the supported living, care sector and homeless facilities. Errol oversees the group’s activities.

Office Manager
Ella is responsible for the daily operations and provides executive support to Mitchell Crane and Errol Bland. Ella has excellent interpersonal skills and understands the importance of an efficient organisation.
